Harvest Operation |
Harvest is an optional operation.
The Harvest operation supplied by SuperMap iServer CSW service could parse the metadata file on the network, and extract metadata information from OGC service address, then register these metadata information into SuperMap iServer CSW service for client query.
OGC service address could be WMS, WMTS, WFS or WCS service address. E.g, http://localhost:8090/iserver/services/map-world/wmts100?
This operation obeys HTTP protocol. The client sends request by GET and POST method, and the metadata service process the HTTP request immediately after receiving, return processing result to the client timely.
