Encrypt when creating cache

For the security of 3D datasets, SuperMap provides encryption mechanisms of cache files, which can set passwords on cache files. Cache encryption setting is the first protection of cache data. The password is directly written into cache files, and any action using the cache files can be implemented only if the password is provided. When using SuperMap iDesktop to create the caches, you can set the cache file password. After setting the password, the operations about cache should provide the password.

After the 3D service is published, any client that can access the service can get the data. So the cache password doesn't work anymore. Please use Security guarantee after cache is published to make sure of the safety of 3D data.
