Managing Notebooks |
SuperMap iPortal provides the notebook management function. Administrators can view, edit, retrieve and delete all notebooks in the portal, and can also modify the sharing scope of notebooks.
Log in to the portal homepage as an administrator, and click Management > Resource Management > Notebook to enter the Notebook management page, you can perform the following operations:
On the Notebook management page, you can view all Notebook resources that have been added to the portal, and can also click the Notebook name to enter the Notebook details page. On the Notebook details page, you can view the basic information of the Notebook, including the name, owner, creation time, number of visits, etc., and also support editing the properties and content of the Notebook:
You can rename a Notebook name. Move the mouse to the target Notebook name, click the button that appears, the Notebook name will be in the editing state. After editing, click any blank position to exit the editing operation.
On the Notebook management page, check one or more Notebooks and click the "Delete" button to delete Notebooks in batches.
On the Notebook management page, search by entering the key characters of the notebook name and owner in the search box.
On the Notebook management page, check one or more Notebooks, and click the "Share" button to modify the sharing permissions of Notebooks in batches. The supported sharing scopes include:
If you have selected multiple notebooks with the same authorized sharing scope, when you click "Share", you can view their current sharing scopes; if the sharing scopes are different, you cannot view them, but you can still authorize the selected notebooks in bulk. After authorization, these notebooks have the same sharing scope.
On the Notebook management page, click the button in the "Set as Featured" column to mark the corresponding Notebook as a featured Notebook. When displaying featured Notebooks in the Resource Center, it will carry the corresponding featured logos, so that portal members can quickly access the featured resources. Note: Notebook resources with private permissions can't be set as featured resources.
