Managing GPA models |
Login to the portal home page as an administrator, click Manage -> Resource Management, select the "GPA Models" tab, and you will enter the GPA Model Management page, where all GPA models in the portal are listed. GPA models can be managed as follows:
To find the target GPA model, you can search for it by entering keywords in the search box, the supported keywords are: name, owner.
Click on the GPA model name to go to the basic information page to view or edit it. Example: You can modify information such as name, label and description.
You can rename a GPA models name. Move the mouse to the target GPA models name, click the button that appears, the GPA models name will be in the editing state. After editing, click any blank position to exit the editing operation.
When GPA models in the portal need to be cleaned up, you can check the checkboxes in front of one or more GPA model names and then click the delete button to delete the GPA models
When administrators finds that the GPA model sharing scope is not set properly in the portal, they can change it. It also supports selecting multiple resources for batch authorization.
Administrators who want to recommend certain GPA models to users can mark them as featured by clicking the button in the "Set as Featured" column. Featured GPA model resources will be displayed at the top of the resource list for portal members to find them quickly. Note: GPA model resources with private permissions can't be set as featured resources.
