Managing groups |
SuperMap iPortal provides group management capabilities that enable administrators to enable, disable, search and delete all the groups in iPortal.
Log in to iPortal as an administrator, click Management> Resources Management>Group, then you can uniformly manage all the groups created by different users.
Click one specific group, it will display the basic information. You can modify the thumbnail of the current group, name, tags, or description by clicking the Edit button on the right bottom.
Check one or more disabled groups on the corresponding checkboxes, click the Enable button then the groups will be available; or you can also click on the red dot in the Status column to enable the corresponding group. All groups are enabled by default.
Check one or more enabled groups on the corresponding checkboxes, click the Stop button then the resources of groups cannot be accessed by the corresponding group members anymore, and the groups cannot be accessed by other users anymore.
Check one or more groups on the corresponding checkboxes, and click the "Delete" button to remove the groups you don't need anymore.
Search the groups you want to find by inputting the group name or the creator in the input box on the right bottom page.
