Select basemap

The basemap is the basis for making a map. Before adding layers, you need to add a basemap first. MapStudio supports two types of basemaps, the map-type basemap and the solid-color background as a basemap, for you to use.

MapStudio offers the built-in China Dark basemap by default, and also supports adding Tianditu maps as the built-in basemaps. The administrator can add or delete the default basemap via the Default basemap configuration.

The solid-color basemap supports setting the color and coordinate system. Supported coordinate systems include: WGS 1984, Web-Mercator, CGCS2000, Xi-An 1980, Beijing 1954.

In MapStudio, select Basemap in the left panel, select Built-in or Color tab in the sub-panel and add the corresponding basemap.
