On the "My Services" page, you can find services through the search box, or tags filter on the left side of the page. The right pane displays matched results, and you can toggle the list/grid view mode to view, change the sort field (supports sorting by modification time and visits), and ascending/descending order. Among them, to sort by the number of service visits, the service proxy function needs to be enabled. You can manage service resources individually or manage in batches. In addition, you can click "Register Service" on the right to add new service resources to the portal.
For service resources that have been added to the portal, specifically, you can perform the following operations:
- View service details: Click the service name to enter the service details page. On the service details page, you can view the basic information of the current service, such as: service address (ie., the original service address, which won't be displayed if the service proxy is enabled), proxy address (requires enabling the service proxy), service type, description, etc., the maps list of the service, and service reference system, service identification, service scope, service provider and other information. In addition, you can click the "Edit Attributes" button to edit the metadata of the service, or "Delete" service. Switch to the "Sharing" tab, you can view/modify the sharing scope of the current service.
- Edit metadata information: Click the "Edit Attributes" button, you can edit the metadata of the current service, including the thumbnail, name, tags, description, Token acquisition address (supported by protected ArcGIS REST services), service reference system, service identification, service scope, service provider.
Note: Editing a service address only supports updating service addresses of the same type.
- Update service: Supports updating service address and meta information. Click the "Edit Attributes" button, enter the new service address in the "Address" column, and click the "Update Meta Information" button to refresh the meta information of the service synchronously. It should be noted that if the service is associated with other resources, after updating the service address, you need to manually update the address of the service on the corresponding WebApps page.
- Share service: Sharing scopes include private, public, and specified people. Supports single service sharing and batch sharing. For detailed introduction and operation steps, please refer to: Share service.
- Delete service: Supports deletion of a single service and batch deletion. For hosted services of uploaded data, after the deletion, you can publish them again in My Data. Note: When a service is deleted, the corresponding layers or components of maps, insights and dashboards created based on the service won't display normally. For details, see: Delete resources.
